The Carbon County Groundwater Guardians were in need of a new website which offered more functionality for our visitors. Our site was lacking many features and it was difficult to navigate. A friend suggested Joan and after one phone call to her she was building our new site. Joan is very knowledgeable and articulate. I didn’t know all the capabilities of WordPress and Joan made many suggestions that are now in use. Now we have a site that is extremely easy to use, contains online forms which negates the dependency on snail mail and is customizable for our changing needs. Joan also taught me how to make changes, which are actually quite easy when you know how to do it. I am delighted.

Joan was my guide in learning to build a wordpress blog-website. I started with zero experience, and with Joan’s help, I built my own website in a matter of weeks. She was always there when I needed her help. Her instructions were clear, and she helped me to solve many problems that would have taken forever have I tried solving them on my own. But the most important part is that Joan helped me to learn to work with WordPress on my own, so I have no problem updating my website or adding new features to it. Joan’s help was truly priceless for me.
